Mare is knitting a Kitty Igloo! I can not wait to see what she comes up with. I decided to knit along with her. I am knitting a felted cat bed. I am just using up a bunch of old lopi scraps from the stash. As you can see by the photo, Uma is going to love it.
Nothing new to report on the kitchen. I suspect it will be another month before I am able to actually prepare a meal in my own house. I am so tired of eating out and eating out of a microwave. Oh well, at least it is orange....see below......

what? no pictures of tara starfish? how disappointing for your other readers! I cannot wait to come and see the orange kitchen and to have delicious nibblies prepared for me. BTW, any offers yesterday at the Galleria? Hmmm....

Shadow is not at all sure of this *big* idea of mine. She wonders what is so wrong about prowling around all night that she cannot do it in the house? I think I could keep some lopi knitting going all year long.
and ah, gas stove. we like gas. gas ovens make great pizzas. sending 'kithen workers coming to work' thoughts.

Uma is a loved kitty! I can't wait to see how that igloo comes out. I have yet to try felting an object but its certainly not from lack of buying yarn for the project. The kitchen is beautiful. The orange is cheery and the cabinets are fantastic.

Kitchen renovations are the worst. Went through that at the co-op I owned before this house (which will also need a kitchen reno eventually). SO worth it once it's done, though, and it looks like yours is going to be gorgeous.
